• Community Transport Association – The representative body for voluntary transport services operators and the UK’s biggest provider of training, information on accessible, voluntary, community transport, and information about MIDAS.
• DVLA – Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency.
• FORS – The fleet operator recognition scheme (FORS) is an accreditation scheme that provides a quality and performance benchmark for operators of vans, lorries, mini-buses, coaches, and heavy goods vehicles.
