COVID Update

From 24^th February 2022, England moves to the next phase of the COVID-19 pandemic ‘Living with Covid’.

This means that all previous restrictions will no longer apply. The new approach ‘personal responsibility’ looks to be the best way to move forward and hopefully start to put an end to the last two and half years. 

When hiring our buses it is the group’s and drivers’ responsibility to ensure that they have acknowledged the risk that COVID-19 still poses to the wider public and to the most vulnerable in our community. RAKAT CT would like to suggest that you keep the windows open throughout your journey to ensure fresh air.

We ask that when hiring our buses with our drivers/volunteers you still respect our decision for the windows to remain open (passengers must dress accordingly) we also ask that you do not use the seat next to the drivers. 

At RAKAT CT we understand that this pandemic is far from over and new guidance is regularly being updated. We take the advice from the government very seriously and always follow the rules. If any restrictions are to be reintroduced then RAKAT CT will fully comply and we will update you all accordingly.
